A. Yes. There is no time limit for building a home at The Arbor.
Q. Will I have to build with a designated homebuilder, or
build a specific style of house?
A. No. The Arbor will not require you to work with a specific
homebuilder or build a specific style of house. However, your house
plans must be submitted and approved by an Architectural Review
Committee prior to construction.
Q. Can you recommend a local homebuilder?
A. Of course! We will be happy to provide you with a list of reputable
area homebuilders if you need one.
Q. Are The Arbor’s waterfront lots dockable?
A. Yes. All waterfront lots at The Arbor come with
a dock permit, which saves you the time, trouble and expense of
obtaining a dock permit from Duke Power yourself.

James?
A. Lake James is a fully recreational lake, complete
with swimming, boating (with gas or electric engines), sailing,
kayaking, canoeing, paddle boats, jet skiing, water skiing, tubing,
wakeboarding or almost any other water sport you wish to enjoy.

A. Yes. The annual HOA dues are $468.
